The Alderwood Quilts blog is for customers, friends and quilt enthusiasts. . Sue and her husband also own run a small lavender farm along with the quilt shop. You'll see lavender and other gardening topics, as well as knitting, recipes, photos of kids and pets.. and whatever else comes to mind.
I sell a lot of Robert Kaufman fabrics. I love their quality as well as their customer service. This video was taken by Ken Kaufman with his iPhone. I thought it was fascinating- enjoy!
I just wanted that video to go on, and on, and on! They really don't need to store those strike offs.. (was that what the first prints were called??) They can just send them all to me, and I will sew them up into a quilt in no time :)

Thanks, I enjoyed the video and learned quite a bit. Lots to making fabrics I didn't know.
