Checking Back In With a Giveaway

I can hardly believe that it's been 2 months since I wrote a blog post.  Sheesh! I don't post for a while and come back and see that Blockspot has a whole new look.  I like the new reader format.  I really have missed blogging and reading blog posts.  Looks like I have some catching up to do.  I'm such a creature of habit!  I love writing blog posts and generally post several times a week.  But when I get busy and get off track- I get out of the habit and have trouble getting back to it.  My quilt guild had a show this past weekend.  Several of my friends teased me about missing my blog so I thought I'd shock them by posting tonight!

Looking back over the past 2 months, I've attended 2 quilt classes, been involved in a car accident, gone to the beach twice- each time with one of our sons and daughter in law, planted a veggie garden (DH built me a deer fence!), harvested our lavender field (2,000 bundles!), attended Sock Summit, visited the Mission Mill Museum in Salem, Oregon, and knitted and quilted a LOT.  And then there was a wonderful quilt show this past weekend.  I'll post the highlights of most of the above over the next few days, but let's get things going with a giveaway.
