A new puppy in the family
I have a new grandpuppy! Our son and daughter in law got a yellow lab puppy last night. Is he cute or WHAT!?! His name is Cooper and he kept them awake most of the night. Makes me glad our dog is 6 years old! There's just something magical about a puppy, though. They just make you want to giggle!

Sue,
Cousin Deb here. Congrats on new grandpuppy. Am jealous that you no longer have to worry about feeding kids or driving them halfway around the world while in the middle of a quilting jag. Love my baby but she has no concept that quilts are more important than food! Love to all, hug Jaeger and Wayne.
Hi, Deb! Kids and puppies are cute so you will keep them (and feed them!).
Hi, Sue! Congratulations on your granddog!!! Cooper is just way too cute! I'm sure it's not very amusing to his new parents, but I had to laugh when I read that he kept them up all night. Good practice for future babies! Have a great day. JoAnne P.
Seems I've forgotten my blogger info, so I'm coming to you Anonymously.
I have several friends who say their newlywed children decided to wait on having children of their own after having a puppy. It certainly is a reality check. We've had 4 puppies throughout our marriage. Every time I go through it I say, "Never again!". And then, 10 or 12 years down the road, I do it again! Like I said- puppies are magical.
I saw your post at the Quilting Gallery and followed you blog link and just had to comment on the new memeber of your family. He is a cutie! There is just something about baby animals that gets me every time, you just want to cuddle and squeeze them!
I love your grandpuppy. I have 2 grandpuppies that are boston terriers and they are fun PLUS I have 6 dogs of my own.
